I visit often from Raleigh, NC and I always visit the Mayflower Cafe. I've never been disappointed, and I've tried just about everything on the menu. I recommend it highly. The lamb shank is wonderful. The pricing is very reasonable. The customers appear to be local and they obviously visit often because I see familiar faces with every visit.
