Best keep secret in all of Northern Va - you cannot beat this place. great server staff, good bartender, good manager and they really work had to make you feel welcome and part of the family. Specials on Fri night or to die for especially some of the fish dishes. go and enjoy

I'm not sure what the last reviewer is talking about. The wait staff is very cordial and professional and food is incredible. The buffet is very easy on the wallet and great food also. As for the manager he was very he was very respectful and accommodating. The restaurant is very family friendly (I have a 2 year old) and a place i'll visit again.

Bad sanitation with a bad attitude....bad!! written by anonymous

My family ate at the Italian Cafe today. There were no clean plates, people were returning to the buffet with their dirty plates. Tea served with a newspaper coupon. Dirty bowl with food on it served to a child. The "manager" came over and was rude and exhibited a bad attitude. I checked the Fairfax HD scores online and found that this place has a history of numerous critical violations. We certainly will be filing a complaint with the Fairfax Health Department.
