  I had been looking for a good Italian place to eat for two day's while my family and I had been on vacation in Norfolk Va. We found this quite little place called Franco's By The Bay just off of the beach.The food was so good we decided to eat there every day for our entire vacation. The place is so nice and the staff was wonderful. I will tell everyone who will listen, to eat at Franco's By The Bay.

  We have been drivig the 20 or more miles each way from Chesapeake to go to Franco's. It has been a family favorite of ours for over three years now. The owner and staff knows our family and makes us feel at home the minute we walk in. The food is delicious and fair priced. We appreciate a great place where the food is great and our two toddlers are comfortable.

  Tried most menu items, going there (original Franco's on Military Hwy.)for over 20 years, I'm from NJ and the food is very close to home. Very authentic. Service is exceptional, gets crowded Fri, Sat and Sunday but not usually much of a wait. Owner and staff very friendly and accomodating. Love it!
