  I have been going to Chin's for years. Fortunatley, it lies on my route home from work. It is take-out only. Recently they began to deliver.
  
  It has zero ambiance--in fact if you did not know its good reputation, you might not go in. I am glad the effort goes into the food, not decor. The cashier and people who take phone orders are very friendly and efficient.
  
  My favorite dish is Mongolian beef, but I have never had anything from here that was not delicious.

  About 10 years ago, I took my mother who was visiting from California at the time. After her visit she constantly called to ask me to send her some of Chin's kitchen. The best Chinese food she'd ever had. This year she will be coming to visit from Texas and her itineary includes Chin's.
  
  It is truly consistently awesome Chinese food.

  I agree, this small family own carryout restaurant has been around for decades and the recipes for their dishes have not changed. Highly recommend: chow mein, general tso's chicken, happy family. True bargain.
