Anna's has the best sub sandwiches available in Smithfield. For anything comparable you'll have to drive 15 miles or so to Newport News. A full size Italian Sub, loaded w/ everything and toasted with the BEST bread you can get in Tidewater runs about $7.50. It'll make a nice lunch for two people (or just eat half now and save the rest!)
The restaraunt is clean, staff is friendly, kitchen staff know what they're doing and Tony is a genuinely nice guy.
