One of the Best Indian cuisine in SLC. It is as its name suggest, taj = crown. Its a jewel in the crown of indian restaurants in SLC. The service is pretty good , no long waits and the goat dishes are fantastic. Also the buffet has a nice variety and they kept refilling with fresh batches. Sometimes they even brought and served at the table instead of us getting up and walking to the buffet. :)
