When i went to Rockys Place the service was terrable, they took way to long to wright down and send in my order, and it took almost an hour to recieve my food. The that served me was very rude and seemed to think of herself before the customer, she had long hair that had many different shades of brown and red highlited in her hair, and the bottom layers looked a little black. I was not happy with the service,i was not treated like a paying costumer and when i got my food it was over cooked and way to seasoned i felt like there was more seasoning than hamburger. All of the employeys were way to social and had to finish their conversation before attending to the register. I do not feel like the atmosphere was very good, the walls and floor was dirty and most of the tables had some left over food on them. I feel like the prices were way to high for how little food was given, and i think if the prices were lowered you would get more business. and maybee some free refils on the drinks its not like they cost a fortune to buy soda. I do not think i would return until you have better service, and nicer people, that dont have attitudes towards you for changing your mind on what you wanted to order. Thankyou for listening and i hope you will do something about your buisness and help, or i promis you will go out of business because people wont come back if they are treated like dirt.

Rocky's service sucks written by lmneilson

I try to support local businesses as much as possible, but the last 5 times I have been to Rocky's Place, the service has been terrible. The last time was last night and I promise you I will never be back. I waited at the drive up window for 30 minutes for 4 ice cream cones. When I finally reached the window, the gal saw us but didn't even acknowledge we were there. Then she went to the ice cream machine, and there was over whelming excitment in the car as she made a nice vanilla ice cream cone, that excitment was soon replaced with immense dissapointment when the cone she made was given to what appeared to be her boyfriend standing at the counter. At that point I began honking the horn, but I think the gal could see my displeasure and would not even come to the window. I waited about 5 more minutes but she would not help me, so I left. I WILL NOT BE BACK, AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND ENCOURAGE THEM NOT TO RETURN EITHER!!!! Tried to contact the owners of the restaurant after the incident, but they wouldn't answer the phone. When I left 3 other cars also left. I would think it is hard to stay in business if every night you piss of half a dozen customers. AVOID ROCKY'S LIKE THE PLAGUE.
There aren't many places in Roosevelt to eat, but McDonalds is better then this crap.

Suggestion: Hire an adult to work the evening shift to baby sit the kids that are working there.
