My husband & I (as well as all our neighbors) frequent Neils - we live nearby. Tonight we went in with our 9 mo. old daughter & the server (Sarah) SPILLED STEAMING HOT CHOWDER ON MY BABY!!! My daughter had to be taken to Primary Childrens Hospital for her burns - all because of an incompentent & stupid server! The food is not worth it. DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO NEILS! Sarah burned my infant daughter - don't let it happen to your kid. WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK!!!
