After a long day on the trails around Moab, we were ready for a quick take out meal and I went to the McDonalds in Moab, UT and ordered takeout hamburgers. When I got back to the RV park, we discovered the order was not the way we wanted. I was charged for a double, but received a single and the condiments were wrong on both burgers. I Contacted McDonalds by email on their site and after 3 days received a reply that they would look into the matter and take caoorective action if necessary. Seems very apathetic to me. Oh, well, back to Burger King where I can get it my way.
