Kyoto Japanese Restaurant

The hostess was rude with an attitude and service was very slow. The place is too busy and crammed. The food is ok but was served kind of cold. I ordered shrimp tempura and it tasted like it was sitting under a heater. My wife ordered the chicken teriyaki and it was ok. The food needed to be served hotter and the service should have been better for a place like that. I will not return because of this poor service.
