We contacted Connie and Staff about 1 week before our Sunday, September 3, 2006 wedding. Connie did not hesitate to do the job. Our party was for about 60 people. We discussed menu items but for the most part let her use here expertise and just go for it. Connie and staff would deliver an absolutely yummy assortment of food to our wedding location in Emigration Canyon. She was on time, in fact the sun was shinning so much that she and the party coordinator decided that she would come back right after the ceremony and set up, to prevent the food from just sitting before it was served. She was there when she said she would, she was professional but most importantly she was Connie, warm and friendly. Great food excellent service. We would recommend Cafe Sha-Sha to anyone.
