Food makes a restaurant great and I would have to say that La Fogata has the best yet most authentic Salvadorian food I have ever tasted. (and I have visited many central american restaurants) I especially love the variety between both Mexican and Salvadorian food. I must say I fell in love with the pupusas, where other restaurants cheat you on the fillings, La Fogata is very generous with all fillings. The fajita is so flavorful and the seafood is fresh. Top it all off with a variety of choices in your beverage! Overall, I loved the experience and plan to return again.
