The serving tables are to mixed up, with mashed potatoes in 2 places, not being ables to find the gravy. When asked for a medium well was told to wait for a few moments (understandable), then given a very well done---urgh, slopyness at the desert table, pieces of cake left, by those unable to make up their main. Excellent german choclate cake, but greasy rolls

I've eaten at country clubs in Austin, places like the Four Seasons and the Hyatt, but paying $40-50 bucks for food that doesn't leave me full is not fun...
