My experience with this establishment has also left a bitter taste in my mouth. Not from the food but from the end result of the dining experience. The first time to this establishment I paid for the meal with my credit card, the meal was good but I sure did not expect to be billed double the amount on my bill. They did correct this after it was pointed out to them, so I thought, just a simple error and once again I ate there. These kind of errors seem very common with the restaurant because again when I checked my credit card statement the bill was a little more than double yet again. Apparently they felt their service was so good they could charge any amount they wanted for the tip. This amount once again was refunded,but not till multiple calls were made to them. They tried to say that the tip amount that was charged was added in by me. I can assure you my copy clearly did not include a tip that was larger than the bill. In this day and age you would think a reversal on my credit card would be easy, however, they couldn't seem to figure this out. So I had to personally go in for the refund. For all you credit card users, make sure you keep your receipt when dining here and check your credit card statement.

Bad service, can't think out of the boxs written by

I am sorry to say that I was unable to judge the food because the service was so bad we decided to leave. We were greeded by the hostess and taken in to the almost empty restaurand and requested a booth. The hostess looked over and there were 3 booth that had not been cleaned and told us there was no service in that area. You would have thought she would have got someone to clean one of the boothes or cleaned it herself. Anyway she sat us at a table.
when the waiter came to take our drink order I asked if we could have a booth cleaned he looked confused as to what to do. He clean the booth with a dirty wet rag and didn't even dry it off and told us the booth was ready. I just feel these kids can't think outside of the boxs and do not give good service. Manager needs to emphasize service to have return customers. We left and went to the Spindletop restaurant nearby and had excellent service and great food. We will return to the Spindletop.
