On Wed., Sept 24, about 6:30 p.m., after finding an advertisement under my door, I called an order from the Wyndham Cascada for delivery of the Small Family Special, and paid for extra pepperoni on the pizza. I was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. At 8:15 p.m. I called and was told it would arrive in a few minutes (already 30 minutes late). The order arrived and I went to the lobby and paid for it. Upon opening the bag, the food was cold, and the pizza did not have double pepperoni. I called about 8:30 and was told they would send a replacement pizza; it would take about an hour. I called at 9:30 and was told the pizza should arrive any minute. I called at 10 p.m. and was told the delivery driver had quit in mid-run, and they would start a new pizza for me. I called at 11 p.m. and was told it should be there any minute. At midnight I was told the same thing. When I called at 1 p.m. I told them that I did not think they had sent a replacement pizza and that I would tell the Wyndham concierge to 'black list' them, which I did.
I do not think the Wyndham should have given access to anyone to slip ads under our doors, since they try to 'look' so protective of their members.
If you order from this business, I advise that you check your order before you pay for it, but first and foremost, don't waste your time - don't order from them!

WORST EXCUSE FOR A 'RESTAURANT' IN TOWN written by

On Wed., Oct. 24, around 6 p.m., after finding an add for this business under my condo door, I ordered the small Family Dinner; Lasagna & Pizza. I asked for and paid additional money for double pepperoni. When the order was delivered to me at Wyndham Cascada the pizza did not have the extra pepperoni. I called (around 8:15) and was told they would re-deliver the correct pizzia, and if would arrive in one hour. At 9:30, 10:30, 11:30 p.m., and 12:30 a.m. I called; I was told the driver had already left with the pizza and should arrive any moment, that the driver had quit mid-delivery and I would be sent another pizza, that they would start from scratch and I would have the pizza in an hour. Finally, at 1 a.m. I called and told them I would be reporting their lack of service and untruths to the Consierge at the Wyndham, which I did. I believe Piezano's Pizzeria had no plan whatsoever of sending me the pizza I had ordered and paid for, and that they just kept making promising statements until I stopped calling. I believe this, because at no time during the ensuing morning hours, until I left at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday was I called by the front dest that a pizza had been delivered to me.
I believe the Wyndham should not have given this business access to the hallways in the building in order to leave their advertising under our doors and that they should put this business on a 'blacklist' for their members.
I hope, if you do business with this company, that you have better luck than I did, and get, at least, what you pay for. Check your order before you pay for it, and refuse it if it is not right.

Note: This is my first restaurant review to write in my entire life.
I don't think I will EVER eat at another restaurant anywhere in the WORLD before looking them up first. Like everyone else, I had the flyer in the door of my hotel room. It was midnight, we were hungry. Taco Bell was 100 feet from our hotel room door - remember that, people. I called and ordered. The man who answered the phone (didn't catch his name, but I WILL FIND HIM) took our order. 2 gyros, extra veggies on one (the menu states lettuce, tomato, onion), no veggies on the other. Extra sauce please. $22.00.
At 1am, closing time for them, I called back. The same guy told me it was on it's way. At 1:30am, a driver called and said he was just leaving the restaurant, and wanted to confirm which hotel. He quoted 30 minutes. Probably the old guy referred to below. But he seemed nice enough, and was there when HE told me he would be.
After he got our $22 + $3 tip (it wasn't his fault it was late), he left. I went inside and opened the bag. It contained:
1 Mountain Dew, warm
1 Pepsi, warm
2 bags of fritos
1 gyro in pita bread, sauteed onions. No sauce. 2 small slices of meat. 2 bites already taken out of pita bread, wrapped inside in an attempt to hide it
1 tortilla, 1 small slice of meat, raw onions. No sauce.
I called back and asked them to fix it. The same guy, who sounded about 40, said "it's over tonight, man" and hung up on me. My girlfriend called back. He told her the same thing, then hung up on her too. She tried to eat it anyways, and interestingly enough it made her nauseous and she wound up having to purge it.
During the lunch rush tomorrow, if they have such a thing, we are going to pay them a little visit and ask them very politely to refund our money. If they refuse, I will return with the health inspector and the sheriff. I have already looked up the number for the health department. Want it? 210-207-8853
If anything changes and they actually try to resolve my issue, I will update this tomorrow. If I don't update it, either they didn't change anything or I'm in jail...
PS: my girlfriend says "pepto rules..."

I called, ordered, gave my credit card number. An hour later, called. The "clerk" said there was a mix up and it would be delivered soon. An hour later I called again and the same "clerk" put me on hold. After 10 minutes, I hung up. I called back, asking to speak to a manager, and the same "clerk" told me the manager wasn't there. He stated all the employees had been fired. I asked for the GMs number. He stated he didn't have any number for a higher up. I asked his name. He stated he didn't have to give it to me. He then claimed to be the GM and owner. He was rude, cursed on the phone and never apologized for anything. DO NOT EAT or ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE. You will be scammed.

I was vacationing in San Antonio with the family. A flyer was in our door at the hotel. We decided to order food; after 2-1/2 hours a dirty old man delivered it, totally cold and disgusting. Went right in the trash. The problem is that I was charged for it and cannot get my money back. Then I read in the paper that they are about to get shut down for the dirtiest restaurant in town by the Health Dept. BEWARE

I ordered a "Philly Cheese Steak Sub"; buffalo "hot" wings and a couple of slices of cheesecake. I asked to pay by credit card but he told me the machine was not working and if I paid cash he would throw in a couple of sodas for free. I said ok. (Red Flag) He told me it would be at my hotel within an hour. Almost two hours later I called and they told me it would be there shortly. Fifteen minutes later "it" shows up.
I paid first, bad mistake, by the time I turned around to check my order the delivery guy was gone.
The sub was on pita bread, and was cold. The wings were bar-b-que and not spicy buffalo as I ordered. They were also cold and only partially wrapped in foil. The only items that were warm were the cheesecake and the sodas. On top of this they overcharged me. It turns out the sodas were not free after all. There were no forks, napkins or condiments. I called to complain. They were rude and told me they would send the delivery boy back. It never happened. They had my cash!

We ordered the Late Night Special from this company which included a large pizza and six pack of drinks. An hour later they showed up with the pizza and no drinks. They also did not leave a receipt for the cash purchase. I contacted Laina and she assured me they would deliver the receipt the following day along with the drinks if I called back the next day. I called, left my name/number and she never called back. I followed up and talked with Steve C. (he wouldn't give his last name although he claims he OWNS the business) and he claims that he could not honor Laina's promise of delivering the receipt. Of course he hung up on me the first time and then put me on hold forever the second time. It took more than 30 times of calling only to get no where with this company. I will make sure to inform the sales manager at the Hyatt that this company should not be allowed to distribute flyers to the hotel guests if they cannot handle the business. Steve sounded all of 16 years old and if he is the owner of the business he certainly needs some business classes!!

My wife ordered pizza from this place and the delivery took hours. Each time she called to check on the pizza, they cursed her and hung up. She cancelled the order. They charged our account repeatedly and caused an overdraft to hit the account.
I called them to find out what happened and they cursed at me and hung up on me as well.
Stay away...

I remember going to this little restaurant a year ago, did not like it very much and the employees did not present the best image. However when my pregnant wife wanted a pizza (quickly), I went back to Piezano's because it is close to my house. After eating the pizza I realized that it tasted really good, and was not at all like I remembered it tasted. I went back a week later to see if it was a fluke, and learned that the restaurant is under new management. A new owner took over the restaurant, replaced many of the employees and is trying to repair what the previous owner did wrong. Give them a try, you will be pleasantly surprised.
