I loved this New Hong Kong Express in Plano! It was totally worth the cost and the service was magnificent!!!! In fact, i'm eating there tonight! I definatly suggest takeout! You can most definatly trust me, it is a short trip that is worth it. :-) If you spend your money on Chinese food, you will love this resturant, and its cost! I will come back here again, and of course I would get good service and the food would be hot and delicious.

I loved this restaurant!!! it was so so so so so good. I suggest TAKEOUT! I loved this very well thought out Chinese restaurant! It is absoloutly the best restaurant ever! I loved everything about it! The servic, the food, and the awsome ambiance! I will most definatly go there again to get hot, delicious food that i totally love!!!

We have eaten there and had take out in the past. It was very good. The new ownership changed the menu, which was not very impressive. The waitress had no idea what was in each dish as it is no longer on the menu, as in the past. The Moogogiapan was terrible. Unspiced boiled chicken, with American style vegetables. Baby corn, boiled cabagae, and chunks of carrot (size of golf balls) were obviously boiled prior being briefly stir fried with the bland boiled chicken. The sauce was like corn starch water, no flavor at all. What could have been the saving grace was the addition of mushrooms, but they were whole and only soaked up the corn starch water, and tasted the same. The spring rolls were like ones you can buy in the fozen food section of the grocery store. Not worth a second try to me. Came home and threw the delivery menu in the trash.
