The food was okay (it was McDonalds we knew what to expect as far as the food.)as far as the service well its just about what to expect from McDonalds its not like I was going to a five star restaurant or any place where the employees have to earn tips or anything just the usual young man or lady there to take your order anything other than you ordering food well they cant help you. the restaurant was dirty our shoes were stuck to the floor, and even though the rules in the play room were to take the shoes off I was a little hesitant because my kids would have to put those filthy socks in their shoes and believe me their socks were black and gummy they left with them off. It was extremely cold (53 degrees)and it was 50 outside. When we asked if they could adjust the temp we were told that the thermostat was up on top of the roof of the building and no one had access to it. So we were freezing, it was also hostile my guest did not want to stay and the employee's were afraid to handle the situation and involved us, it was very unorganized there were no balloons like the other McDonalds, there were no games, music, or entertainment we were looking at the hostess looking at us then my guest started to leave because the poor hostess was being harassed by other patrons as she entered and exited the party room the Ice machine malfunctioned and we had to wait ten minutes for it to get fixed then the young man who was working the register came around and stuck his bare hand down in the machine, after handling money! elk! The TV in the party room was for "training employees only" the only other TV was in the play area where parties were prohibited and had on cartoons. The cake was freezer burned we didn't even take it home we gave it away I could have let the cake slide it was at a burger place but y'all asked so I'm telling you. so to cut it short and to the point.. it was boring, stressful, humiliating, frightening, a disaster and a waste of money, if I knew what I was getting which was me getting jipped and being put in a stressful and potentially harmful situation for me and my family I would not have waited two weeks and delayed his party, I wouldn't have gone there at all!!! I will NOT do it again either...And this all happened in 45 min or less!!! SO.. If you want to throw a party McDonalds is not the place save your money.
