The local management of our Ponca City McDonald's on 14th St. is wonderful. It was the former regional manager who made the owner take down the shades. I was called by our local McDonald's who said they now have a ding against their store; when, in face, the local management WANTED to have the blinds up. It was the former regional supervisor who made the owner remove the blinds. Thank you for your letter. I wasn't complaining about the local McDonald's, but rather, about the poor decision by the regional management!
Please remove the ding against the local store.
