Longoria's Catered our event. BTW, I used to work in BBQ, and have since become an avid seeker of the best in the land. And, this was by far the best in BBQ my mouth has tasted in the 28 years that this Texas boy has been eating BBQ!!! The SAUSAGE that they make is most heavenly! But, don't take my word for it, let your mouth discover the delicious truth for itself!
