    Really good BBQ. The ribs are excellent! I've heard the steaks are really good, too, but I've never tried one there. Brisket is as tender as roast. Sausage is wonderful, too. They are only open Thurs - Sunday. And, they have a rib and sausage buffet on Friday and Saturday nights. There is also a buffet on Sunday afternoon--but, I'm not sure what exactly is served on this buffet...possibly more than just ribs and sausage or maybe ribs are excluded from this one. In any event, I've been told to get there early if you're going to the buffet on Sunday. I haven't tried anything at Longhorn that wasn't good.
