Little Bavarian Restaurant

Being from a German family and raised in Germany, I can honestly say that Little Bavarian is as close to real, authentic Germany food as you will get in Texas. It's a small place, but you just can't miss out on this treat and taste of Germany. My family visiting can't get enough.

Horrible service...6-table 2-waitress, 15 minutes to even get a menu. When requested extra dressing for salad, waitress looked confused as if we spoke in a foreign language. Unable to get a glass of water refilled, food was served warm. Waitress never came to the table to check on anything. The sad thing about the whole evening was the restaurant was not even busy.

I absolutely love the food at the Little Bavarian! I used ot each lunch there on a regular basis until an illness with the owner caused them to close for lunch indefinently. Now I have to go for dinner. The food is always wonderful and very authentic. Everything I have tried at the Little Bavarian is prepared wonderfully. The service is hit or miss and the ambiance is very casual/relaxed. If you had a bad exp. I recommend to give them another chance. I have been eating there for years.
