  I have had lunch here 2 times too many. The food is not authentic Mexican Food, it carries a poor southwest imita(ion. While it is not worst mexican cuisine I have had, it is not on my list of "Places to eat Good Mexican Food" when asked. The 1st time at the restaraunt was my choice, the second was the choice of the majoritty in the meeting because of location.

  I can't say enough about our fantastic experience at La Bahia. The homemade fresh food was served hot and the beverages were served ice cold. The food was great! Some of the best flautas I've ever eaten. The staff was very attentive, but not intruding. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Downtown Corpus Christi...
