This morning around 1 am the drive thru was packed, at least 3 people were working but we sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins. Past times our orders have screwed up and burgers made wrong. On this occation we wanted shakes by the time we were informed that the shake machine was out we were stuck in the drivr thru but we d already pulled past the order box. When we finally reached the window we tried to just order some fries since we'd been waiting so long but we were rudely told that if we wanted to order we needed to get back in line and wait another 30 mins. When we got home I called and tried to get the names of the employees working, the manager was ok about giving me the two girls working drive-thru but when I called back to get her name she was very rude with me and refused for a while to give me her name. After a while she gave me what I am sure is a fake name then she hung up as I tried to ask another question. This is not the first time that I have gone to this restaurant and had an employee be unnecessarily rude to me. I've worked drive-thru before so I know how it is but just a word of advice if you want your food made how you order it without a side of attitude spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
