I went through the drive thru (drive thru was not that busy and neither was the inside) and ordered 2 tacos and a small soda, the order was repeated. When I got to the window I was charged $4 and change, received a burger, fries and a soda. I told them it was not my order and again said I needed 2 tacos and a soda, again the order was repeated and I was asked to move up and wait. I did. The order was brought out to me, it was 4 tacos, an order of fries and a soda, again I told them it wasn't my order. I said again that I needed 2 tacos and a small soda, they again took it back and adjusted my ticket and said they'd be right out. I waited again (for about 10 more minutes). This time they brought out 2 tacos, an order of fries and a soda. By this time I was tired of dealing with it, took the order and left. This whole ordeal was a fiasco and the person that originally took the order didn't even have the decency to be the one to come out and try to make the order right. I usually stop at this restaurant a lot because it is on the way to my mom and dad's but now I have made it a point to go out of my way to another.
I think some attitudes need changing and the way an incorrect order is handled also needs to be addressed.
