I decided to try Imperial Hunan the other day and received the worst service ever. I called them for delivery. It arrived rather quickly which I thought was good. The driver rushed off saying that it was time for him to get off and if my order is messed up there is nothing he could do about it. They gave me fried rice when I clearly ordered white rice. The rice tasted like it was days old. They also forgot my soups. I called to get it taken care of and the guy that answered yelled "NO WAY" repeatedly not caring to even acknowledge my greivance. As a customer anywhere, I have never encountered such rude, inapropriate, treatment ever. I will never go there again!!
