That's all I have to say - I wish we had one in Dallas. The confit was superb and the sauces were perfectly proportioned and presented. I've been back again and again and Gladys never ceases to impress. Wonderful for just eating - go before or after the dinner rush if you hope to have a romantic evening or much of a conversation. Hop over to the Flying Saucer afterwards for some after dinner drinks!
