I ate at the Dixie Pig restaurant in Abilene, Texas on March, 10th, 2008. They have been in business for 75 years plus. I had the famous "75-year Pig Sandwich" and it is definately something to write home about! I believe it only cost $4.50 and comes with a salad and potato chips. I live in New England but next time I'm in Abilene, that's the first restaurant I'm going to!!!
