Why call it hot fudge? written by

I have twice now drove through and ordered a hot fudge sundae and been behind someone who ordered a meal so had to wait several minutes. I do get to the window - only to watch the employee pulling my "hot" fudge from the freezer. When I ask them do they think the hot fudge is still hot I get a shoulder shrug and handed my cold chocolate sundae. It's one thing to make up the ice cream part and put the hot fudge on when i get to the window, but unaccetable to make it prior.
