30 minutes to go through at drive-thru! Crazy!!! written by amaamy

This Dairy Queen has never had a good drive-thru; it always takes way too long and the food is mediocre. Tonight was a ridiculous joke, as it took 30 minutes from the time I pulled up in the drive-through to actually receiving my order, which was obviously soggy and cold. The teenagers in charge had no clue what they were doing. Avoid this Dairy Queen at all costs!

Bad food and bad service !! written by meme2

I have frequented the DQ on Washington as I live across the street from it. I usually get carry out food. Last evening we walked over to get a carry out order. The service was poor and the food that we got was terrible. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a large order of fries. The sandwich had the chicken plus 2 pickles and no mayonaise. No lettuce or tomato or mayonaise..!!! The fries were not done and were cold. They looked like they had barely been cooked. I called the manger and she said they never put condiments on their chicken sandwiches. I have gotten them there several times and it has never been this way. In times past they have mixed up the order and when we get home it is not what we ordered.Seems like the mangement is poor and the food is worse. Someone needs to look into it. As a result, I will not be going back. My experiences have not been good!!!
