I ordered a blizzard the one time I came to eat, but the service was poor. A man named Rick, (his name tag said manager) performed below average when it came down to customer relations. While he was lounging around, he made the other workers make my order. My friends have told me that this place is full of bugs, but I just had to see for myself. When I walked in, I saw a huge roach run across the restaurant, and I even found a small bug in my ice cream. I used the restrooms, and due to my handicaps, I was not able to use it because it was so small. The bathrooms also needed a lot of attention. The toilet had urine all over the seat. This was a horrible dining experience. I will never eat here again.
