My friend and I found a hair in the cheesecake we were sharing. We told our (very slow and inattentive) waitress, who took the dessert away. A moment later, the unfriendly owner came to our table demanding to know what was wrong. We said that there was a hair in the cake, and he immediately accused me of planting the hair. He said that he made the dessert himself and he was very insulted that we sent it back. He was shouting and making bizarre accusations, implying that we should apologize for sending back the dessert.
I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant.
