It started with waiting in an empty entry way with no hostess for 10 minutes. Upon her arrival, she proceeded to seat us, when she realized the table was dirty, she asked us to wait and found a clean table and hollered for us to come to her at the new table. 15 minutes passed and we finally ordered our drinks, app. and dinner. 10 minutes later we got our drinks and 10 minutes after that our Chips and salsa. We enjoyed those alot, it is a good thing because 45 minutes later we got our food and it was over cooked and NOT what we had ordered. After sending it back, it took an additional 25 minutes to recieve a RARE steak (I had asked for medium). We tried to find a manager... but he was no where to be seen in the quite empty restaurant. At the end of our meal, at least what we picked at, we recieved our bill... no upsale dessert?? and upon exiting the restaurant, the hostess did not say good bye because she was to busy on her cellphone. I could not believe this service and was shocked!!
