This is a locals-only place, and not upscale. Ordering usually involves standing in one of several lines but they move along quickly. The Margaritas and Piña Coladas are mixed and frozen by machine, so the mix is consistently soft-frozen, sweet and delicious. If it is your first visit to Chacho's, order the King-Kong Nachos, but bring friends because the plate is extra-large and loaded with tortilla chips, beef fajita meat, ground beef, chicken, and cheese... lots and lots of cheese. The ambiance - like the ordering, salsa bar and table setting - is self serve. But don't worry, just relax, enjoy the food and drink, then vacate the table for the next customer.
