  Mexican food is served on a cold platter and turns cold immediately before you can eat it. Waitresses are not attentive. They bring your check with the food and never return to check on your food or refill your tea glass. The place is fairly busy at noon and it is hard to get the attention of the waitresses. Noisy atmosphere. They only open up one side of the dining room for walk-in customers, and save the other side for groups, so it is crowded.
