People seen to be unhappy to work there, take long time to have the food ready...need to improove the atmosphere for a entusiastic experience...Not only the employees but the owner also looks tired or looks forced to be there...The place is Nice and clean, some music will be nice..maybe food delivered to the table will be a plus.

Simple, clean, shiny - this describes the new Alfredo digs on Midway Rd and Spring Valley. The stromboli was possibly the best I've ever had, overstuffed with fresh vegis, dripping with cheese and their wonderful marinera sauce n the side to dip pieces in. The calzone was just as sublime, and I hear tell of their crispy-crusted pizzas being the best in Dallas. My next scavenger hunt will incude a pizza from Alfredos. Bon Appetit!
