Wonderful for large a menu & great food written by

We drive an hour just to eat here about once a month. The chicken caesar salad is fantastic. Also the coconut cream pie.
It is so good that our friends who live in Bristol, TN (also an hour+ drive ) meet us there monthly.
With the cost of gas, what else can I say to further emphazie the recommendation to try it.

Amazing to find such high quality food in such a small town! Suba's may not be quite the world-class restaurant that people in Mountain City believe it is, but the food is fresh and beautifully prepared. I believe that the owners are a husband and wife team who met in culinary school - one specializing in meat dishes, the other in desserts. The prices are great - the service is gracious - the place is popular - phone ahead for reservations!
