The restaurant specializes in Dominican and Caribbean food and not mexican. The dishes were amazing, I recommend the rotisserie chicken with a side of sweet plantains, yellow rice and beans. The empanadas were great too. I have never seen so many flavors ever. It is a def most go in Syracuse, I know I will be going back.
