Jimmy Max produces the finest, most exquisite pizza that can be found the world over. As a former Staten Island resident, now residing in Texas, one or more stops at Jimmy Max is a "must" for me. I would and do travel cross-country for their pies.
The ultra-thin crust, having the perfect balance of bite and crispiness, is by far the best I have ever had. It is the ultimate, the paragon toward which the world's Pizzaioli, including me, can aim. The Jimmy Max "special pie" is an incomparably subtle and delicate masterpiece.
The service is professional and efficient. It is masterfully attentive and expertly coordinated among the courteous servers.
