Jerry's 637 is the real thing: old-fashioned diner where the waitresses address you as "dear" and "hon." Breakfasts are excellent.
Only negative is they have recently begun recycling paper placemats. It's extremely unappetizing, to say the least, trying to eat while looking at wrinkled-up place mat with bread crumbs and coffee stains from previous customers.
I am a devout recycler, but this is taking it to the extreme. If you want to recycle place mats, then bite the bullet and buy vinyl ones and wash them after each use. Disgusting!

Jerry's is one of the best diners in Staten Island, to my dismay it isn't open 24/7--but maybe that's why this diner is so great! The waitresses are all very welcoming and the food is delicious. You are always treated very well at Jerry's, I wish it were open longer!

Gotta eat at Jerry's written by echo325

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and eating at Jerry's make it even more special. With the eggs and potatoes always done just right and the international flavor of the waitresses make breakfast fun. Lunch is a treat at Jerry's as well. The sandwiches are delicious and the salads abundant. You gotta eat at Jerry's.
