We were pushed out the door so fast, we didn't know what hit us. No bread or water on tables. We had to beg!
Waiters took coffee away while we were still drinking it.
"Angus" beef fatty, service was awful. Owner basically did not care to hear our complaints.
What a dump!

The food is always delicious and served well. I love their hot antipasta, you can make a meal out of it. The atomosphere is great, owner is always around greeting the customers. I have gone to eat there a few times a month and have always found everything to be perfect. The parking lot is small, but they have valet parking to accomodate the customers. I make it my favorite restaurant to eat at....

One of the best in Staten Island written by crisoli

This restaurant has the best service in the island. Food is incredible and their selection of wine too. Parking is not a problem as they have complimentary valet parking. We tried Antipasto Italianissimo, Bocconcino Paesano and the italian cheesecake. Congratulations to chef Franco, it was a really good experience and we will come back.

service service service, food food food. i was recently at a party there an all i could say is it was the best food i'd ever tasted an plenty of it too. the food you get at their parties is unbeleiveable and the service is great too they dont leave one thing out an they make you feel welcome like a family we loved it an felt very comfortable we will be back an having our parties there.

Staying in Staten Island at Fort Wadsworth certainly wasn't a four star experience. What saved the night was our meal at Italianissimo. The place was so authentic I felt like I was in the middle of a Tony Soprano set. And the food...zuppa di Mari D' Adriatico...PERFECT. I didn't think anything could top this meal off until I had a glass of their homemade limoncello.
We'll definitely be back on our next trip north.
