We go here fairly often and have generally found everything to be very good. We even have arranged for several organizations we belong to meet here. Great value sure beats the chain places like Olive Garden, etc. However don't expect great ambiance. It's OK for most occasions but maybe not the place for a romantic evening or an anniversary.

On 3/7/2008 my wife and I both visited Ernie's. We visted many times before for good service and food. This time was different. It took 45 minutes to deliver the food. My wife ordered a fish sandwich with fries I got a dinner. When the bill came My wife was charged $9.99 for her sandwich and fries. I had two coupons worth $1.00 each with their specials. I told the waitress what my wife got. According to Ernie's coupon the fish dinner was $9.99 including the salad buffet.My wife got no buffet but Ernie wanted to charge us for it anyway.Ernie's menu charges $3.50 for the salad buffet. When I complained to our waitress rudely she said she would tell Ernie. Ten minutes later the waitress comes back and tells me Ernie changed the price to $7.99 for the sandwich and fries. This is two dollars less without the salad buffet. But Ernie charges you $3.50 extra for the salad buffet. The waitress then said Ernie said I couldn't use two coupons worth $2.00 because they are only for dinner. Funny I said the coupon says for lunch and dinner. Any restaurant that can't honor their own coupons isn't worth dinnng in.

Can't beat Ernie's catering. Wonderful food at fantastic prices. Service is phenomenal. Every party I throw.... I call Ernie!! The servers set everything up and after come and take it all away. No mess...no fuss. The food is not only delicious it comes in large portions. Believe me you can't eat it all. I don't see how he makes a profit. I love this place.
