It is difficult to get my husband to go to a new restaurant. I had eaten at El Rincon with at a friend. We were in Canandaigua and I convinced my reluctant spouse to stop and eat.

The service was absolutely horrible. First there was a delay in seating us even though there were tables available. Once seated, we ordered Dos XX. The beer was warm when served. The waiter/waitress - never could figure out who was our server didn't take our order for at least 15 minutes. Several different people apologized about the delay. Food was good; however, we were forgotten once the meal was serviced. Couldn't get our check even though we asked several times. Finally got up and went to the bar and asked there. After considerable delay we finally got the bill.

Seriously doubt that I will ever be able to convince my husband to return again.
