For a reasonable price, one receives a reasonable meal at BC. There were a few problems with the dishes we ordered (an overdone steak, far too heavy on the onions in a stuffed pork chop), but for the cost of the meals ($15 to $20 entrees) we felt we got our money's worth. Our friendly, knowledgeable waitress was attentive and enthusiastic. The food was well-presented, and the ambience offered something classier than an every-day eatery. Especially delicious were the pheasant sausages we had as an appetizer.

FABULOUS. bill collins is a master of classic american cuisine. if you are in syracuse, you must endulge in this experience.

Wonderfull first impression, Beautiful inside (i preference is the front room) and the staff were a delight and food to die for. Also a great wine list too
