  santa fe peppers is similar to chilacas here in town and also chipotle in other states... but it is way better. the burritos are enormous, bigger than dos hermanos. they will even let you put double of anything and everything you want and they find a way to make it fit in the giant tortilla.
  my favorite meat is the chicken adobo. it is addicting! i also love the habanero salsa. it is so hot and the flavor is to die for. i even order it on the side so that i can put it on other burritos if i can't make it in to santa fe peppers before they close or if it is on a sunday!
  the staff is also very friendly and they try to get to know their customers. after about the third time i went, they remembered what i order and they asked me about my job and made me feel like i was their friend!
  i go there about twice a week and i highly recommend that you try it out!
