The Cajun Kitchen has the most authentic Jambalaya since I left Bijoux ten years ago. With a great décor and wonderful murals this little slice of the French Quarter of New Orleans takes me back to the good old days of home cooked meals that my mother could only dream of. Although the prices are a little on the high side, however the portions are enormous, my wife and I split the Jambalaya, so it makes it worth it! My wife and I go there every time we are in town, and sometimes twice. By www.Trissell.Biz
Went there for a lunch date. Had the red beans and rice dish. Not only was it delicious, but the serving size was ample and it was very reasonably priced. it was very interesting to read all the decor, and the service was very friendly and attentive. This is now one of my favorite restuarants in town.
