I went to Asado in February of 2005 and was thinking of going back again in 2008...until I read the reviews. The prices went up since my first and last visit, but the reason for finally writing this review was the service. My date and I went on a slow night in the middle of the week shortly after Valentine's Day. A group of six and a group of four arrived shortly after us. When it came time for the food to come off the grill and circulate, the servers consistently went to the larger groups first (hoping for bigger tips, no doubt). Often, items I wanted from the grill were no longer available by the time the servers drifted around to our table. We sat for quite awhile with no meat on our plates whatsoever. I don't eat much in the way of salads or side dishes, so I was truly disgusted by the treatment we received. I may try the place again AT LUNCHTIME to see if anything has changed. I liked the scraps of food I received from the servers and did not think it was "overcooked", but it certainly wasn't worth $28.50 each. It wasn't worth the $19 each that I paid. I did write a "suggestion" on service on the way out of the door. I just don't want to subject another date to this place until I try it again.
My family decided to try this restaurant instead of our usual Brazilian favorite. The food was decent. The meat carver was very rude. When I was unable to grasp my meat from the skewer, he tossed it onto my plate in disgust. The worst thing was when we got the bill. It was shocking to us how much they charged us compared to what we received. Please go somewhere else.

After dining here many months ago for about $18 a person, we chose to eat there again for a night out. After overcooked meats with little taste, and few selections on the salad bar, we got our bill. Yikes$ $28.50 for that??? For the price to have been yanked up that much in only 6 months was rediculous, especially with poor food and no notice of the price or change thereof anywhere. My advice-try Tucano's downtown for more variety and better prices.

Having never been to this particular Brazilian restaurant, we decided to try it. The waitstaff and manager were extremely friendly. The sald bar was quite nice. The meat came at an impressive speed. However, most of the meat was overcooked. We were extremely shocked when we received the bill ... 28.50 per adult and about 19 for our son. WHAT?? To paraphrase a previous poster, it was the most expensive salad bar we have ever been.

Our dining experience was questionable. The service was fabulous but the food was awful. The meat was tough, for example, the bacon wrapped filet mignion was chewy and hard, the brisket was more like tasteless shredded beef rather than tender, all day baked, meat. It was like chewing cardboard. What it amounted to was a $25 salad. In our group of all we ate were salads the meats were so tough. I was so disappointed because I imagined it to be far more than it was since it was so expensive.

14 different kinds of meat's, bar with endless side dishes to choose from. Meat is brought to your table.
Lunch Menue is different from Dinner Menue.
Best food I had in a long time in a Restaurant. Service is outstanding and friendly. Great for Family gatherings. Even children find something they like. I enoyed eating there.
