Awesome Lobster for a Great Price!
We went to Don Manuel based on the $19.99 for 3 three pound lobster. The restaurant is a littrle hole in the wall, but what a great deal for a HUGE lobster!

First Time That We Ate in this Restaurant
The 3 lb. $19.99 lobster drew us into the restaurant.
Shrimp cocktail was declicious as well as the calamari w/tomato sauce..The sauce had a spicy kick. The lobster was delicious & worth every penny. I had the shrimp salsa verde.. It was good although sauce could have had a kick to it.. Had to season it w/salt & pepper.
The ice cream - it was a chocolate ball w/a fudge coating w/vanilla & choc i/c. that was yummy as well.
Bread was good as well - it was served warm & tasty.
I would definitely go back to D/M again.... -
First Visit
I Found this restaurant on the internet search..And glad I did... I never really eat a three pounder before .. But I was impressed with the one I had at DM... I will be a regular customer now. We went on a thursday night and almost had the place to ourselves ..I asked where all the customers are and was told thursdays are a slow night. So thats when I will go from now on. I don't need the crowd.
Anyway I found the Lobster excellent, service good, nice music. and a comfortable table..Only gripe is I was not given a BIB to were..And only one wet one -
Fabulous Lobster Special!
Yes, we were drawn in by the ad for a 3lb lobster for $19.95 and we were not disapointed! It was big and it was great! Service was good also - and they did not rush you out the door to turn the table. I'll be back for sure.

awful time
I saw an ad for a 3 lb lobster for $20 so told my friends. 10 of us decided to try the restaurant. What a mistake. After being seated we ordered sangria and water. Simple but waiter needed reminding we ordered it. Salad was next-doesn't come with meal and only 1 type of dressing. It was ok. Main course took an hour to come and 1 person's meal wasn't there. Only a few minutes they said. After 2 more requests it came out frozen. His meal was given to someone else. Finally comes out when we are half done. They did take the cost off the price. Some of the lobsters were tough.Overall we were not happy with the place. Not going back.

Great service and very good food at reasonable prices. Well worth a visit! I recommend the lobster in garlic sauce as well as the shrimp in garlic sauce for an appetizer. The sangria was good. Excellent to hang out with friends or a special someone. Go and enjoy and go hungry.

I have been going to this place for 6 years and I won't change it for the world.
The clams in the green sauce touches the taste buds in the right place.
You can't go wrong with anything you choose. As for the environment and the staff the soft music is nice and the staff are always friendly and they don't bother you and annoy you they give you space so you could enjoy your meal.
The service is good and with quality .
I recommend this place to people who are looking for good food to enjoy it will make you want to come back. -
Have never been disappointed
I have been going to Don Manuel's for years now. I meet here with close friends for a dining experience that's not rushed and in a friendly atmosphere. I have also booked parties several times and the price along with the quantity and quality of food is fantastic. Try the chorizo, pulpo or garlic shrimp for appetizers. Ask about the bar blackboard daily specials. Paella and bacalao dishes are my favorites.

Poor Service
After seeing an advertisement in the local paper, my husband, daughter and I presented. However, despite several empty tables, a male staff of Don Manuel walked past us several times, without a simple acknowledgement. Feeling unwelcomed, ignored and realizing there are a variety of eatery options in the immediate vicinity, my family and I left.

Favorite
My experience at Don Manuels is always excellent. I go there all the time. The food is always great, there service is professional and caring, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I had a party there at the lower level of the restaurant and also there service was great, caring and attentive to the guest needs. Once again the food met my expectations.

Actualy, I've been to DM about a dozen times. I have never been dissappointed. Service is friendly, prompt, courteous.
The ambience is just right and the food is always terrific... otherwise why would I go ? My favorite is the
dish that comes in a pot with many types of seafood, with salsa verde. Also, lunch is nice in the bar .. soup of the day is always good.
