Rib sauce good, but no meat on the half rack, all bone.
Pulled pork was great. Could be the best around.
Far and away the best bbq I've tasted and I've tried quite a few. The sauce is out of this world. Highly recommended. The half-rack of ribs was gone in no time at all. It's drive-through and take-out. There is no restaurant seating to speak of but if you want to eat right away the take-out counter area has a few chairs available to sit on and munch.

It's take-out, where you order there are counters and two or three chairs to sit on if you insist on eating in but no restaurant seating to speak of.

If you haven't tried this BBQ you have never had great BBQ.
Over the past 10 or so years while traveling for work I made it a hobby to sample BBQ from all over the U.S.After sampling over 200 rib joints I can say without any hesitation these are the BEST anywhere. Memphis can keep their dry rub. The Carolinas can keep there mustard BBQ. Kentucky and Tennesee can keep their vinegar based sauce.Give me Jim's. LONG LIVE JIM's

I lived in GA for awhile and Jim's was the first stop I made as soon as the plane landed. THE best bbq sauce I have ever eaten. My husband and I moved back to Omaha and now he is as hooked on Jim's as I am. And this from a man who is a self-professed bbq hater. He says the peach cobbler is better than his momma's!

I'm from Atlanta, lived in Omaha for a brief time and now live in Louisville, KY, and I still get a craving for Jim's ribs. I've searched here and haven't found barbecue like Jim's in Omaha. I miss it. People from four states would come in to get Jim's ribs.
