  My wife and I visited Hector's per the advise of several friends and family members. We had very high expactations, and we were not dissapointed...it was actually better than we thought. We both ordered the Carne Asada Burrito combo meal(#12 on the menu) and loved it. My wife is from california and she said that this is easily the best that she has had since she moved her years ago. Also, they bring out warm tortilla chips and salsa, which is unlimited. We had the mild red salsa and the hot green salsa, both of which were great. Beware...the hot is pretty hot. We have found our new addiction...this place rocks! You owe it to yourself to check this place out!

  Hector’s is the best Baja Mexican you can get here in Omaha. After living in San Diego myself for several years I often graved Baja Mexican until we found Hector’s. From the Jumbo Margaritas to shrimp tacos you haven’t experienced great Baja food until you try it here. It is a casual night out where everyone is very friendly. My wife and I eat here once a week.

  Hector's has the best and most authentic Mexican food this side of California. We were spoiled by the quantity of real Mexican food in California, which is so much like the food we have eaten all over Mexico (22 of the 31 states). When we came to Omaha we tried many Mexican restaraunts. Most were either American-style Mexican or Tex-Mex (lots of cheese). Hector's offers so many authentic fillings for tacos, enchiladas, etc. Those who like their Mexican food to be really Mexican will find a lot to choose from. And others can find items on the menu to suit themselves, too.
