    no food, and evidently, no refunds

    I placed an order for delivery from Primos last night. I never received the food, AT ALL. I paid for the food upon ordering, over the phone, via debit card. The money was deducted from my account, even though I never got the food. When I called to ask the owner for a refund, he cursed at me, called me a 'f**king b*tch', and told me I'd never get my money back. It's unbelievable...
